I study, teach, and train on a wide variety of experience related topics with a special focus on the nature and design of extraordinary experiences.
I’m the Department Chair and Professor of Experience Design and Management in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. Our cutting edge department is the only experience design program located within a business school in the United States.
I work with organizations across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, not for profit, tourism, manufacturing, and consumer product goods to provide training and consulting around experience design topics.
I am a part of the Founding Circle of the World Experience Organization and a member of the Experience Research Society’s Executive Committee. I am also a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY certified facilitator. My favorite experiences occur with my family on bikes, trails, skis, and boats.
